If you refer a couple or guest who books an event at The Venue, we’ll send you a thank-you of $50 (or equivalent credit toward your own future event).*

*Referral Program Terms & Guidelines
Eligibility
Our referral program is open to past clients, guests, vendors, and community members who wish to refer new clients to The Venue Baxter.
Qualified Referral
A referral is considered valid when a new client submits an inquiry for an event at The Venue Baxter (must be a minimum of a 4-hour rental). You must mention the referrer’s full name at the time of inquiry.
Reward Qualification
Referral rewards are issued once the referred client signs a contract and a deposit has been successfully received.
Reward Delivery
Rewards will be delivered within 30 days of booking confirmation. Rewards may be issued as cash or equivalent in Visa gift cards.
One Referral Per Booking
Only one referrer may be associated with each booking. In the case of multiple claims, the referral attached to the original inquiry will be honored.
Non-Retroactive
Referrals must be submitted at the time of inquiry. We are unable to apply referral rewards to bookings that have already been made or inquiries already in progress.
Event Completion Clause
The Venue Baxter reserves the right to issue referral rewards after the successful completion of the booked event to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Cancellations
If a referred event is canceled or does not move forward, the referral reward will not be issued.
Program Changes
The Venue Baxter reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any qualified referrals submitted prior to changes will be honored under the terms in place at the time of submission.
